These terms apply when you use SkyReview, a free app run by Ignacio Sanchis Gonzalez (the Netherlands). By creating an account or posting a review you agree to them. They are short — please read the community rules in particular.

Your account

You must be at least 16 to use SkyReview. You sign in with Google (or Apple), keep one account per person, and are responsible for what is posted from your account.
SkyReview is free. There are no payments, subscriptions or in-app purchases.

Community rules

Review flights you actually took, honestly.
Be respectful: no hate speech, harassment, threats, bullying or discrimination.
No sexual, violent or otherwise objectionable content — in text or photos.
No spam, advertising, or other people's personal information.
Only post photos you took or have the right to share.
Do not misuse the app: no fake accounts, automated scraping, attempts to break its security, or reviews written in exchange for payment.
SkyReview has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Offensive language is refused automatically.

Reporting and removal

Anyone can report a review from its ⋯ menu, or block a person so their reviews no longer appear. Reviews reported by several people are hidden automatically.
We review reports within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these rules and ban the accounts that posted it.
If we remove your review or send it back for changes, you will see the reason on it in your profile. A review sent back is published again once you edit it. If you think we got it wrong, email us and we will look again.

Your content

Your reviews and photos stay yours. By posting them you give SkyReview a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to store and show them in the app and on our services, for as long as they are online. The licence ends when you delete them.
Reviews are personal opinions of travellers, not the views of SkyReview.

Our content and trademarks

The SkyReview name, logo and app design belong to us. Airline names and logos are trademarks of their owners and are shown only to identify the airline; SkyReview is not affiliated with or endorsed by any airline.

Flight information

Schedules, aircraft types and ratings are provided for information only and may be incomplete or out of date. Always check with your airline.

Liability

SkyReview is provided free and "as is". We do our best to keep it available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always work or be error-free.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss or for decisions you make based on reviews or flight information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

Ending your use

You can stop using SkyReview and delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account.
We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms. We may also change or stop the service; if we stop it, we will try to tell you in advance.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you live in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country and may go to your local courts.
Please contact us first — most problems can be solved by email.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will update them here and change the date at the top. For important changes we will tell you in the app.
